I've just started having a biiiiiiiigggg overhaul of the site so things might be a bit higgledee piggledee for a bit. I'm reworking all the categories but I won't get rid of any old pages until I've finished the new ones, so there might be a bit of doubling up. I'm reloading literally hundreds of files so this could take a while!
Think I've 'finished' the first chapter: 'Classroom Community' 6 chapters to go!
'Integrated Studies' chapter done! 15 or so sub pages included.
The 'Learning' chapter is done. Now for the big ones - Literacy and Maths.
Everything here is free for sharing.
You'll find teaching resources, posters, charts, units, photos, worksheets, activities and ideas - all things I've used in teaching over the past 30 years or so!
My name is Marg. I live in Geelong, Australia and teach at a wonderful school.
This site began around 2009 and contains teaching resources I've made. So far it's continued into 2019 and hopefully beyond. It came about due to the work I was doing with the grade 5 bunch I had at the time and they helped me learn how to make a website! I had lots of teaching resources on my hard drive so that became the focus of the site. Gradually it's become bigger than I ever imagined, getting 'hits' and emails from all over the world, for which I am very grateful.
The original purpose - putting up stuff I've made over the years with the idea that other teachers might find a few free resources helpful - is still true.
I teach, so I update only when I have time - usually school holidays, but I'm happy to receive comments and questions any time.
Thanks to all for such a positive response to my 'going public' with this site. Feel free to pass on the weblink to teacher family and friends.
If there's any broken links, there shouldn't be, so please let me know and I'll fix 'em!
Comments and questions welcome!
