Personal Passion Projects

This was something we had been wanting to do for a while and we felt the kids were familiar enough with the inquiry process to go ahead and give it a whirl.  Our Science inquiry wound up in November and we had a few weeks left of the school year in which we were very keen to 'keep the lid on' - especially with the Grade Sixes.  So the Personal Passion Projects came about...
It went down VERY well - after we went through the powerpoint, the kids broke out into spontaneous clapping!!!  Excitement plus :)
